Micro Edinburgh is a mindfulness based nature scavenger hunt.
It makes nature accessible to those who live in the city with busy schedules and little relaxation time, so that they can reap the benefits of nature interaction without having to disrupt their busy routines.
With mindful activities included, Micro Edinburgh guides the user on crucial techniques that can improve overall wellbeing in the long run.
