The Service Trap
The Service Trap explores the effects of bad management within the hospitality industry.
Bad management causes employees to deal with both mental and physical health problems, poor work-life balance, and toxic environments, all issues that ultimately have consequences on businesses and their customer service.
Using branding skills and experiential design, this project aims at informing and communicating the struggles that hospitality workers face every day.
