Creative Conduct

Creative Conduct allows people to find creative direction without having to break their flow. By utilising people natural tendency to fidget while they are working/thinking, and stop fidgeting when they are stuck, Creative conduct display phrases to prompt you into a direction for your creative project. The fidget controller selects a location on a dot matrix with a corresponding phrase.

The fidget consists of a slider, a capacitance sensor to detect the slider location and bed of magnets for the slider to move over. These magnets are keyed in a circular pattern and are layer with alternating polarities, this give the slide more resistance and more snap making it more satisfying.
