Josef Hall

This project is an exploration of documentation and experience in rave culture. Using projection mapping, light is layered directly onto the surface of each print, carefully imitating the lighting environments in which the images were originally captured.

These subtle projections create the illusion of movement without the use of video, allowing the still image to become an immersive experience.
