Inhalo
Inhalo is a discreet, handheld device designed to help manage panic attacks and anxiety in real time. Using a scientifically backed breathing technique known as the “box method” which involves a 4-second inhale/hold/exhale cycle, it guides your breathing to calm your nervous system when it matters most. Small enough to fit in your pocket or bag, Inhalo features an ergonomic, tactile design made for comfort and daily carry. With a simple button press, it delivers a soothing, screen-free experience that helps you regain control, no apps, no distractions, just breathing. Built with feedback from real users who experience panic disorders, Inhalo is a user-focused tool that empowers self-regulation and reduces reliance on phones during panic attacks. Plus, with customisable colours and textures, it becomes a familiar, personal part of your routine. Whether you’re on the train, at your desk, or walking into a crowded room, Inhalo is always within reach, helping you breathe through panic and return to calm.

Whether at home or on the move, Inhalo’s intuitive form and portable size ensure it's always there when panic strikes. A product made for everyday life and for every moment you need to find calm.

The design includes a bumpy path on the side as an extra feature for the users finger to follow, as feeling and touching textures were found to be the second most effective way of calming down from a panic attack.
