Protest type looks to answer the question of what can we do to help promote protest culture through visual design? Working with the idea that we should design things that encourage others to make more.

From this idea came two typefaces, shout; made to represent protest as a whole, with its loud disruptive style and joy!; a typeface focusing on the idea of celebrating queer identities and relationships through the use of abstract letterforms.
