Tràigh Ròin

Tràigh Ròin – A Portrait of Forvie’ moves beyond the seals and into the flora and fauna that surrounds them.  Through an exploration of sections of Forvie National Nature Reserve, Aberdeen, the viewer is brought on a journey highlighting what they would see, the obvious and the unseen, on the way to the Seals Beach. Tràigh Ròin translates to Seals Beach in Scottish Gaelic with seals being one of the primary draws for visitors to Forvie. It presents the viewer with the contrast between the obvious attractions and the often-overlooked details in the quiet and calm of nature.
