The Chrysalis is a restorative art centre that seeks to achieve a safe, protective, space for therapeutic and rehabilitating services and activities. Offering resources in support of mental health that intends to be inclusive and welcoming, a breath of fresh air, and above all, a safe environment.

The Chrysalis aims to create a less intimidating approach to traditional therapy by offering both safe community spaces and private spaces where individuals can openly express, repose and ventilate, allowing them to emerge revitalised.
